Technical case studies

From a customer challenge to a system people can use.

These are technical case studies—not generic implementation summaries. Each starts with the workflow and its constraint, then shows the system built and the impact it was intended to create.

01 · GenAI product recommendation

Help customers find the right product through conversation

Challenge: Customers needed help understanding which Ayurvedic product suited their need without waiting for a support agent.

Solution: Built multi-agent conversational AI chatbots on WhatsApp that used product knowledge, guided questions, recommendation logic, and controlled handoff when a human was needed.

Impact: Gave customers a clearer product-discovery path and connected the recommendation workflow to the commercial journey.

02 · Real-estate lead qualification

Turn a WhatsApp conversation into an actionable Salesforce lead

Challenge: Sales teams needed a consistent way to understand prospect requirements before follow-up, without manually transferring each conversation into the CRM.

Solution: Built a conversational qualification workflow that captured requirements on WhatsApp, structured the lead information, and synchronized it with Salesforce for Sales follow-up.

Impact: Created a clearer path from first customer interaction to a sales-ready lead, with the relevant context available in the CRM.

03 · WhatsApp–Gorgias support workflow

Let support agents work from one helpdesk

Challenge: Customers continued to ask for support on WhatsApp while agents needed a single place to view, manage, and reply to those conversations.

Solution: Built a bidirectional WhatsApp–Gorgias integration that synchronized customer messages, agent replies, ticket status, and Shopify customer context. The flow mapped the WhatsApp conversation to the right Gorgias ticket context, so agents could view and reply to customer queries on WhatsApp through Gorgias.

Impact: Made the support workflow operationally usable for agents while preserving the customer’s preferred WhatsApp channel.

04 · WhatsApp order and subscription management

Make commerce actions possible inside the conversation

Challenge: Customers needed help with orders and subscriptions without having to leave WhatsApp or wait for manual support.

Solution: Built WhatsApp workflows for placing and tracking orders, adding or removing subscription items, collecting order feedback through Judge.me, and checking reward points. The workflow connected the conversation to the relevant commerce and subscription state.

Impact: Turned common post-purchase and subscription tasks into guided customer actions within the same channel.

05 · Abandoned-checkout telecaller tool

Give callers the context to close an abandoned checkout

Challenge: Telecallers needed a reliable way to work through abandoned checkouts and keep follow-up status accurate as customer orders changed.

Solution: Created a custom tool that surfaced the relevant checkout and customer context, guided the follow-up process, and marked the calling task complete when a new order was created.

Impact: Reduced ambiguity in the calling workflow and kept the operational queue aligned with actual order activity.

06 · Mobile-app product browsing events

Track the customer where most of the business happens

Challenge: Renee Cosmetics could capture website product-browsing activity through a third party, but most customer activity took place in its mobile app.

Solution: Created an Appmaker.xyz extension to capture equivalent mobile-app product-browsing activity and make those events available to the existing workflow.

Impact: Extended customer-behavior visibility beyond the website so the business could work from a fuller view of the journey.

07 · Client health and technical operations

Give CSMs and Tech Ops the right operational view

Challenge: Customer teams needed to review account health while Tech Ops needed a clear view of workflow errors and what required action.

Solution: Built a client-health dashboard covering usage, spend, tickets, and journey failures, with freshness and job-monitoring signals. The view separated account review needs from error investigation and remediation.

Impact: Helped CSMs review accounts with better context and gave Tech Ops a clearer way to identify and handle technical errors.

08 · Gujarat Titans match-day quiz

Keep customer engagement high under live traffic constraints

Challenge: A high-volume WhatsApp quiz needed to maintain customer engagement during live match-day demand, while leaderboard computation and messaging shared platform limits.

Solution: Designed and troubleshot the workflow across API persistence, Redis leaderboard state, MoEngage orchestration, WhatsApp messaging, and rate-limit constraints.

Impact: Created a reusable pattern for high-volume conversational campaigns where engagement, state, and communication need to hold together under pressure.

09 · WebEngage WhatsApp messaging

Keep campaign messages and delivery status in sync

Challenge: A client needed to send WhatsApp messages from WebEngage while message status, callbacks, and throughput limits had to be handled reliably.

Solution: Built a Node.js service-provider integration using API calls, message-status callbacks, read-receipt handling, and rate-limit controls to keep WebEngage and WhatsApp messaging state aligned.

Impact: Created a dependable messaging path that gave the client clearer delivery visibility and a reusable integration pattern for future messaging workflows.

10 · LLM implementation wiki

Turn scattered product knowledge into delivery guidance

Challenge: Product capabilities, known limitations, and proven implementation patterns were spread across people and past work, making new delivery slower and less consistent.

Solution: Built an internal LLM-powered wiki that brought product knowledge, solution patterns, and implementation guidance into one place for internal teams.

Impact: Made it easier for teammates to find relevant context and reuse proven approaches while building new customer use cases.
